Membership
Calling all former Lions Club members. Have you let your membership slip? Is there a specific reason that you have not been attending meetings and serving on committees? REJOIN NOW It is time to refocus and become a part of the Lions team. Bring your ideas, talents and leadership skills to help the Foothills Lions Club fulfill their goals. People, who work together, can identify problems and provide solutions. With your help, we can serve our community. The Foothills Lions Club meetings are held the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Royal Canadian Legion, Turner Valley.
For those of you (male or female) who may be new to joining a service organization, we would encourage you to learn more about the Foothills Lions Club and come to our meetings to see how our Club is service minded. We fund-raise and then donate these monies to non-profit organizations in need. Over our past fiscal year ending June 2013, we donated $57,810 to 35 organizations; for the fiscal year ending June 2012, we donated to $59,796 to 35 organizations. If you have a positive attitude and are willing to serve, email us for more information. Foothillslionsclub@gmail.com
